At Mirchi by Kim, every piece is handmade with care, often made-to-order or one-of-a-kind. As a small slow fashion label working across borders, we are unable to accommodate traditional return policies.

Shipping Policy


At Mirchi, every item is made-to-order with care by our artisans. Please find processing times by product type below:

Processing Times:

• Skirts & Dresses: Please allow up to 7 days before shipping
• Tanks & Tops: Ships within 1-2 weeks
• Bags: Ships within 7 days

Domestic Shipping (India):

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 12-15 business days after dispatch(Tariff included in the shipping cost.)
   
• Express Shipping: Typically delivered in 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
Shipping times may vary based on your destination and local customs processing.
(Tariff not included; any applicable customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient.)

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
If you choose the Standard Shipping option, no additional tariff or customs duty will be charged to you, as it is already included in the shipping cost. However, if you require faster delivery and select the Express Shipping option, any applicable tariff or customs duty will be payable by the customer upon arrival.

While we strive to ensure timely and smooth delivery, customs procedures differ from country to country and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If you need any assistance at any stage, our team is always happy to help. 😊

All orders are shipped in our biodegradable, plantable packaging — designed to sprout into a chili 🌶️ plant with a little water and sunlight.


Exchange Policy (Case-by-Case)


If there is a genuine issue with your order (e.g. damage, wrong item, or clear sizing error), please contact us at support@mirchibykim.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, we may offer store credit or an exchange, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Terms:


If an exchange is approved:
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
• International courier fees
• Customs duties, taxes, and handling charges
• The item must be shipped back in original, unworn condition, with all tags intact.
• The return parcel must be clearly marked as a “Return” to avoid additional customs charges.
• We are not liable for items lost or delayed in return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exclusions:

 • Custom orders and sale items are NO RETURN, non-exchangeable and final sale.
•  Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
