At Mirchi by Kim, every piece is handmade with care, often made-to-order or one-of-a-kind. As a small slow fashion label working across borders, we are unable to accommodate traditional return policies.

Shipping Policy


At Mirchi, every item is made-to-order with care by our artisans. Please find processing times by product type below:

Processing Times:

• Skirts & Dresses: Please allow up to 7 days before shipping
• Tanks & Tops: Ships within 1-2 weeks
• Bags: Ships within 7 days

Domestic Shipping (India):

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: Typically delivered in 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
Shipping times may vary based on your destination and local customs processing.

You will see the final shipping cost at checkout after entering your shipping address. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, customs processes vary by country and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If you ever need assistance, our team is always here to help.


All orders are shipped in our biodegradable, plantable packaging — designed to sprout into a chili 🌶️ plant with a little water and sunlight.


Exchange Policy (Case-by-Case)


If there is a genuine issue with your order (e.g. damage, wrong item, or clear sizing error), please contact us at support@mirchibykim.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, we may offer store credit or an exchange, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Terms:


If an exchange is approved:
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
• International courier fees
• Customs duties, taxes, and handling charges
• The item must be shipped back in original, unworn condition, with all tags intact.
• The return parcel must be clearly marked as a “Return” to avoid additional customs charges.
• We are not liable for items lost or delayed in return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exclusions:

• Custom orders and sale items are non-exchangeable and final sale.
•  Sale Items No Return  accepted.
