Our made-to-order model ensures a personal touch in every item, which can take anywhere from 30 to 150 hours to craft. This dedication to quality is why our products are more than items—they are stories.

Shipping Policy

• All items are made-to-order and will ship within 1 to 2 weeks of your purchase.
• Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped.
• International delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen logistical, customs, or weather-related delays are beyond our control.

Exchanges: Size & Fit

At Mirchi, each piece is handmade with love and care, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the intricate craftsmanship and limited production, we do not offer direct size exchanges. However, if your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can find something else you love!

How It Works:

• You can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• The item must be in its original condition with all tags intact.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

• Customer must initiate and cover cost for return.
