At Mirchi, we embrace the principles of slow fashion. Each of our items is meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, ensuring a unique and personal touch in every piece. The time required to create each item varies; all items will ship within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.

We offer both domestic and international shipping to ensure that our creations reach you wherever you are. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped. For international orders, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery after shipping. This way, we deliver our commitment to quality and craftsmanship right to your doorstep.

Before returning a Mirchi product, please take a moment to understand our craftsmanship. Each item is handmade by skilled artisans in India, a process that can take from 30 to 80 hours. Due to the use of locally sourced beads, sequins, and naturally dyed fabrics, slight color variations may occur, making each product unique. All items undergo strict quality control before shipping. No refunds are accepted.

Exchanges are accepted if your order is damaged in transit or incorrect. If you purchase a clothing item and it does not fit you properly, you can exchange your item. In such cases, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as slight color variations or minor imperfections, as these are characteristics of our handcrafted process and not defects.
